Arrival and departure
Check in from 16:00 and check out by 10:00. Share your arrival and departure plans when booking, and report changes by the day before. Replies may be delayed after 22:00.
Guest numbers and minimum stay
Bookings start from 2 nights. Do not exceed the reserved number of guests, including visitors. The listing states that leaving early does not entitle guests to a one-night refund.
Smoking, pets and events
Smoking is prohibited indoors and on balconies. Pets, parties, events and commercial photography are not allowed.
Quiet hours
Please keep noise down from 22:00 to 08:00. Avoid loud voices, music and other disturbances to residents.
Using the apartment and checking out
Remove shoes indoors. Clean and put away dishes and cookware. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving, return keys and lock the door. Do not remove room items.
Waste, supplies and mail
Use the designated waste area. The seventh-floor listing specifies clear or translucent bags and no waste left on the balcony. Guests pay for additional consumables when the initial supply runs out. The ground-floor mailboxes and parcel lockers are unavailable.
Guest identification and agreement
Follow the listing instructions for identification documents and the accommodation agreement. Confirm the documents and submission method through Airbnb. This website does not collect these documents.
Security and services
Security cameras are installed at the entrance, inside the elevator and in ground-floor common areas. This does not indicate cameras inside the apartment. Services are more limited than at a hotel.
